The TCH Slot.
TCH stands for Toe, Center, Heel — the three positions where weight sits inside the head.
Balanced to you
Most putters are balanced once, at the factory, and after that it is you who adapts to the club. NVY is the other way round: the weight moves, and the club is set to your swing.

Unscrew the TCH Slot from the head
The slot comes away from the head, taking the weight with it.

Load the weights
Set the 2 g, 4 g, 8 g and 12 g weights at the toe, the center or the heel — up to 125 combinations.

Screw the slot back in
The slot goes back into the head, and the club is now balanced to you.

Every NVY putter ships with the NVY Weight Kit — the 2 g, 4 g, 8 g and 12 g weights, and the tool that changes them. That is 36 g of adjustment to work with, and 125 ways to place it. What the kit cannot tell you is where the weight belongs for your stroke.

That is the job of the NVY Fitting System, and it comes with the club. Scan the QR code on the back of the weight kit, log in, and it reads your stroke and your miss — then answers with which weights to move, and where to move them. Run it once and the club is balanced to your stroke; log back in any time your stroke changes. The kit is what makes the club adjustable. The fitting is what makes it yours.
